01
— The problem
StockX sells pop culture memorabilia around the globe and quickly understood the need for a fully functional site that could be translated into major languages — the user experience is much improved when you can read a site in your local language.
02
— How we helped
Our goal with the StockX blog was to make complex things look simple — language selection, campaign landing pages, search, and taxonomy all handled behind a clean editing experience.
We replicated the header and footer — “The Bread” — so they stay current with the main site while the page interior stays flexible.
Verticals and Brands joined Categories and Tags, and Algolia replaced default WordPress search so blog content is searchable anywhere on stockx.com.
Content moved to staging for retagging while production kept publishing; by launch the collection had grown from 500 articles to over 3,500 pieces.
03
— The outcome
Two independent sites now hold value only to stockx.com, driving traffic and search results to the main site — with Google Structured Content improving article visibility.
Customers read the site in their local language across more than 10 supported languages.
Working with StockX's dev team, we made two independent sites drive traffic and search value back to stockx.com.
Custom drag-and-drop modules let admins drop in copy, images, or video and reorder freely, with a custom related-articles algorithm behind it.
